Tiered Coffee table With Glass Insert

This lady is almost 100 years old! (1930s)

Beautiful solid Mahogany design with acanthus and scalloped details. The table features a round glass top with round frosted detail along the underside. There are minor scratches and one chip in the glass.
Long cabriole legs with scrolled feet, measures 23" x 41" x 21"h, surfaces 19" and 14"

The table was in a state of disrepair when it came to us (cigarette burns, watermarks, and scratches). The damage was too extensive, and the cost of restoration would far exceed the piece's actual value. To breathe new life into the coffee table, it is painted in a fresh off-white color. The woodwork has a distressed layer of matte black paint, with the original finish shining through. With its renewed vibrancy, the table can continue serving future generations as a beautiful and functional piece of furniture.
