Shipping:
Most items are made to order and ship within 10–15 business days. Some items may be in stock and ready to ship or available for local pickup, and will be clearly marked in the product listing.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
