The drawer knob is installed with a screw inserted through the back of the screw hole of the drawer front or cabinet door. The knob is attached to the front. The included screws are a standard size and will fit 3/4 inch thick drawers and cabinet doors. If you need longer or shorter screws please mention this with your order.

Once the shipping label is generated, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking begins once the package is accepted at the post office, usually within a day of label creation.

We ship from Georgetown, ON, using reliable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. If you reside nearby, you also have the option to pick up your order. During checkout, select the 'Pick Up' option, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
For our US customers
We ship from Niagara Falls, NY, in collaboration with trusted shipping partners such as USPS and UPS. Please note that there are no customs or duty charges associated with your shipment.
International customers:
In general, we primarily ship within Canada and the US due to high international shipping fees. However, if you're interested in our products and reside outside these regions, kindly get in touch with us. We can provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location.
