Shipping Policy

Most orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment has been cleared. Please note that Custom and Made-to-Order items may require additional processing time, as indicated in the listing description.

Once the shipping label is generated, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking begins once the package is accepted at the post office, usually within a day of label creation.

We ship to the address provided in the order confirmation. Please ensure the accuracy of the address as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

For our Canadian customers
We ship from Georgetown, ON, using reliable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. If you reside nearby, you also have the option to pick up your order. During checkout, select the 'Pick Up' option, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

For our US customers
We ship from Niagara Falls, NY, in collaboration with trusted shipping partners such as USPS and UPS. Please note that there are no customs or duty charges associated with your shipment.

International customers:
In general, we primarily ship within Canada and the US due to high international shipping fees. However, if you're interested in our products and reside outside these regions, kindly get in touch with us. We can provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location.
