Refund & Return Policy
Before purchasing check the following:
- Shipping Address: DaRosa Creations ships to the address on the order confirmation. We are not responsible for mistakes in the address or missing apartment and/or suites numbers etc.
- Make sure you read the item(s) specifications (size, color, material etc) to make sure the item(s) will fit.
- Keep in mind that each computer or device monitor displays colors differently. If you are not sure if the colors will match, you can order a sample.
- DaRosa Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, however we will try to work with our customers on a case by case basis.
Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom or Personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

It takes 2-3 business days for our warehouse to forward the shipment to our business location in Canada. Your refund will be processed after the items are received in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
DaRosa Creations will refund the items minus the shipping costs, unless there was a defect with your order. Please contact us before returning any order to see how a problem can be solved.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
