WHAT IS SHOU SUGI BAN
Shou Sugi Ban is a traditional Japanese method of charring wood to preserve and protect it. The process involves burning the surface of the wood to a char, and then brushing it to remove any loose particles. The resulting surface is not only beautiful, with a unique, natural look, but it is also highly resistant to weather, insects, and rot.

Once the shipping label is generated, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking begins once the package is accepted at the post office, usually within a day of label creation.

For our Canadian customers
We ship from Georgetown, ON, using reliable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. If you reside nearby, you also have the option to pick up your order. During checkout, select the 'Pick Up' option, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
For our US customers
We ship from Niagara Falls, NY, in collaboration with trusted shipping partners such as USPS and UPS. Please note that there are no customs or duty charges associated with your shipment.
International customers:
In general, we primarily ship within Canada and the US due to high international shipping fees. However, if you're interested in our products and reside outside these regions, kindly get in touch with us. We can provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location.
